Number Station – Hold On

“Hold On” was shot in December, 2012 in Windsor, an inner city suburb of Melbourne. Marcus Smith, the band’s lead guitarist and Annabel Allen, the clip’s art director, had been long term tenants at the property so we thought it appropriate that the house be righteously featured in the clip.

The video is driven by a terrific performance from lead vocalist and co-songwriter Chris Andrews, who had to endure hours of Mia Kate Russell’s makeup handiwork. In addition to this, Chris was forced to wear a costume that Anna Borghesi had dragged through the stinky, muddy fields of Lancefield prior to dropping it off on set. Two days under hot lights and Lancefield mud gets weird.

Check out Number Station’s website and support the band. They’re great live so do yourself a favour…
