For the last five years, I’ve been taking photographs around Port Phillip Bay using the Kodak DCS Pro14N, which was one of the first full frame DSLR’s released in 2003. It’s been quite a challenge to get a decent shot as I find shooting anything over ISO80 results in unacceptable levels of “noise”.
Having said that, I love the qualities of the Kodak sensor when used within its limitations. For me it’s been the perfect companion whilst attempting to capture the “moodiness” of the bay. If you like the shot below please visit the Photography section of the site for more examples of my work.
